What is the best way to find a bunch of email addresses related to academics working on "Plant Endophytes"?

Not sure why you want such info, but if you have legitimate reason to reach out to a large group of academics my suggestion would be to contact a society like the American Society for Microbiology, the Canadian Society of Agronomy, or some other society that may have people working on endophytes. You can ask them to circulate your message to their members.
