Is there any morphological / anatomical identification key for images of endophytic microfungi captured in the plant tissue sample photomicrographs?

The biggest group of soil endophytic fungi are the Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi which grow in symbiotic relationship with many of the plant roots.

The wet sieving of soils can give a mixture of the sporangiophors which can be identified by morphological characters with a genomic confirmation by DNA analysis.
