I have prepared MoS2 nanoparticles using htdrothermal method... but i get particlesof different sizes. can anyone tell me about the pH amd temperature at which i can get monodispersed nanoparticles ?
I recommend to read the below-mentioned manuscript and it describe the synthesis of MoS2 nanoparticles using a low temperature (140 °C) method via a chemical solution reaction route and this work is cited by 62 times.

Obtaining mono-size particles is very difficult task specially when the nucleation step is overlapped with the growth step. However, the use of multi-step hydrothermal route is capable of producing particles with very narrow particle size distribution.
