i have to check antibacterial activity of coated titanium nanotubes loaded with drug for 3 days. . but when i incubate the titanium nanotubes in culture media for 3 days , the media dries. what is the exact procedure to do it. should i change the media after 1 every 1 day but that will affect the results.

It's happens usually in long term incubation in many microbiology applications. One solution is to introduce a tray iwth water into the incubator in order to mantain a good humidity level.

@ Alireza Mordadi i need to check the drug release from nanotubes after 1,2 and 3 days and subsequently check the killing of bacteria after these days. so i incubate bacteria with these nanotubes in liquid media and put them in incubator. but after 2 days the liquid media dries. so what should i do. should i daily put some liquid media in that?

In microbiology, there is not acceptable method that you are trying to use.
So you have to found another method. As I said the main problem in liquid media is dead bacteria after three days.
one way I can propose is checking amount of drug release of your tube in media. Check the bacteria growth on your release, is there any effect?, check it by putting your tube in different time of growth of bacteria.
I think these are main question for this step.
By the answer you can found better way.
Any way consider that for every test that I have seen CLSI just agreed with 24h culture except for anaerobic bacteria for example.
