• I am doing a Abaqus/explicit dynamic analysis. The moving system that I am using as a impact body need to be active in a final analysis step. I'm providing velocity of moving body using predefined field option and mass of moving body using inertia/mass option. in this sense, I am not able to activate and deactivate this part using load manager option. Is there any alternative to deactivate moving part for first two steps using any boundary conditions and interaction techniques? Thanks.
