Broadening of the XRD peak can be due to the instrument as well as due to the sample. Do calculate broadening caused by the sample (from which we calculate different parameters associated with the XRD of the sample, the instrumental broadening is to be subtracted first.

Dear Dr.Shahid Ali, Usualy scientists operate with programm DIFFRAC plus. But my theoretisian discovered his oun homemaden program. Another view: the accuracy is higher when you use two peaks - at 2 Theta angls more then 60 degrees. This is the problem of peak position.
Widening of peaks you are to compare with initial peak wideness. Convolution and deconvolution procedure.
If you have not gauss shape of prime beam, your attempts are not correct
by the way: it seems to me that your initial prime peak has not Gauss shape! Left wing is more flat than right one. It is asymmetric, so on your attempts to highlight alpha1/2 is incorrect. It is problem of slits.
