I would like to study the expression of a particular gene expression in a Parkinson brain sample at different temperature.I would like to know whether we can extract the brain cells of a Parkinson patient and grow in the laboratory. If yes then kindly direct me. If not then what alternative can the experts suggest to study the expression of the gene in the same PD condition patient.
