If you're looking for transcription factors that have been experimentally validated and published for a particular gene in humans, mouse, chimp etc, you can try the UCSC genome browser. They have mapped Ch-IP seq data, which can tell you about the regulatory regions around the gene and transcription factors regulating the gene.
If you want to do an in silico study quickly retrieve the sequence of interest and upload it to JASPAR. Of ourse ensure that JASPAR has the datasets for the organism of your interest.
