I am trying to grow the Epidermal and Dermal layers of the skin using collagen kit - basically Human Dermal Fibroblasts embedded in collagen and on top of them Human keratinocytes. The idea is to create air-liquid interface using trans-wells and thus allowing the keratinocytes to differentiate into the different layers.

In order to see if they actually did differentiate I would like to do Immunofluorescence, and I saw in the literature that there are a lot of antibodies for the different layers.

Do you have any recommendation for a set of antibodies that would stain the different layers and also the Fibroblasts?
