Hi,
I have this protein called G6PT (glucose 6 phosphate translocase). Its a transmembrane channel.Natively it sorts to the Endoplasmic Reticulum membrane.
I am doing some synthetic biology and want to sort it to the Plasma Membrane instead to make it import G6P into a cell.
What kind of signal sequence should I add or remove from the gene?
