I am a PhD student and I am working on a hybrid photovoltaic/thermal (PVT) solar collector tilted at a given angle. I'm writing python (or possibly fortran) code that solves equations for heat, vorticity, turbulent energy and dissipation rate in two-dimensional transient, laminar and turbulent regime under python (or possibly Fortran ).
Indeed, the work consists in simulating the conjugate thermal transfers (conduction and convection) and the two-dimensional transitory air flow inside the sensor channel. I would like to ask for your help. If any of you have a copy of this code or a website where I can get this code, help me. Thanks.

I think you should better focus on your goal.
In your flow problem you cannot consider a 2d flow model while having the goal of simulating transient, transitional and turbulent flows.
Depending on your goal:
1) Solve 2D (if your flow problem allows to a have a statistically 2D flow) RANS equations that are steady. That means you have only a fully developed turbulent flow. Note that vorticity computed from the mean field is also a statistical variable.
2) Solve the 3D transient equations using LES or DNS, depending on your computational resource. Here, you vorticity is a physical variable taking into account for the action of the stretching.
You can search in Internet for some basic Fortran code.
