How to solve the problem of omitting ASC because of no within-group variance in STATA?

Dear All, I conducted a choice experiment to investigate consumer behavior towards corn oil; then, I analyzed my data by using stata for " Conditional Logit Model". In its result there is no coefficient for alternative-specific constant(ASC), as it says "ASC omitted because of no within-group variance".

how should I deal with this?
