Dear Colleagues;

We observed less mortality of COVID-19 in regions with high hemoglobinopathy rates. This does not prove the effect of hemoglobin on this infection but it may worth to test it. Based on our hypothesis the drugs that can increase hemoglobin F level may have effect on COVID-19 infection.

Just wondering if anybody is interested. We as the authors of this paper are surgeon and radiologist and we can not conduct such a clinical trial.
