Hello;

Anybody knows how to perform normalization of brain MR images before feature extraction (Radiomics) in "3D slicer"?

Also what is the best filter for brain MRI before radiomics.

Hi, there is a filter for image normalization in the simple filter module in 3D SLICER named "NormalizeImage filter", But I`m not sure if It would be the best method for brain MR images or not
