Polyimide varnish is applied on copper foil and immediately placed in a high-temperature oven for baking. We found that the thicker the coating, the less likely the solvent in the inner layer will evaporate, resulting in some blistering defects on the surface. What kind of additives should be added to solve this problem? We want to make the coating as thick as possible.
