I have already downloaded the silvaco linux based software, from it's webpage. I Tried to install it on Redhat6. The error represented below, just appears while the installation code is running:

Is there anyone who can help me through it?
The 2010 and 2015 version of silvaco are both tested. The mentioned error appears anyway.
