I have uploaded my all data (DNA and RNA sequences) in SRA. After publishing the data, I suddenly found out some data have not been released and they have been marked "Unaccessioned"!
I emailed SRA team, they suggested me to make an update through this link https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/docs/submitupdate/ but I have not found something associated with updating rather than withdrawing the data. My data (Bioproject) have been published around one month ago; now I do not know what would be helpful to overcome this issue.
I appreciate you help me out.
