Shuo Yuan , from what I recall the version of the Auricchio model that is available in ANSYS cannot be used to simulate the two-way shape memory effect. In order to do that you could either write your own material sub-routine or try to mimic this effect by using different coefficients of thermal expansion for each phase (the latter is suggested only for investigation purposes and should be considered as a simplistic and approximating approach).
