Hi

im trying to simulate an injection-locked frequency doubler (15 to 30 GHz) in cadence, I'm plotting DFT of transient signal to calculate injection locking range or to see injection pulling behavior.

I'm using transient simulation from 0 to 100ns with a time step of 1/(30e9*4096) which gives a 10MHz spectral resolution in dft and also I'm using kaiser windowing. you can see the result below.

so the question I'm having is whether this method is correct or not ? if not whats the way to calculate the injection locking range in these doublers
