How to set more than two levels in composite factorial design in minitab?

I am trying to optimize the enzyme production conditions using response surface composite design. I am using Minitab. My query is that how can we increase the levels since there are only two (higher and lower levels)?

There is an entire set of statistically designed test called Optimal Factorial Designs and Optimal Response Surfaces. I would probably use the Optimal Response Surface. Here you can set the number of levels you want to test for each factor.

Unfortunately, Minitab's Optimal Designs are horrible. I would switch Design Expert Software or JMP.
