I have human nasal primary cells (which is a mixture of fibroblasts and epithelial cells) grown in a flask. I am interested only to detach epithelial cells, leaving the fibroblast on the flask, which did not work somehow in my case (after using company provided detachment kit), where the fibroblasts always overgrew the epithelial cells.

Can anyone suggest me any method how to sequentially detach these two types of cells? I am thinking if a quick detachment with Trypsin-EDTA would work for epithelial cells. Thank you for suggestions/recommendations
