How to separate homogenous cancer associated fibroblast cells from heterogenous cancer tissue of mouse/human?

I am not interested of FACS, MACS, or any other process that effect on cell morphology. Actually I need a procedure that retain the cells original characteristics with highly pure cells. If any body isolated or know the isolation method of pure CAFs manually, please help me out. Thank You
