How to select internal standard for Proteomic analysis by Mass spectrometer?

Hello all,

I want to perform proteomic analysis in order to see the change in expression of cytokines for a particular trait. In order to do so I will need a internal standard for calibration.

Does anyone has suggestions for internal standard or guide on how to select a proper internal standard to do the Proteom analysis by using LC-MS/MS.
