Define 'how far' and fulfilled! Do you want to make statements about each single car owner or do you want to group the car owners by degrees of fulfilment? What's your dependent variable? Do you have one in your dataset? Can you calculate one? What do you want to explain? 5 differences could be easily build, standardized an summed up to something that might be a new variable 'degree of fulfilment'. It can't explain anything but it's descriptiv. Last question: could one descriptiv variable be a model?

Agree with the above. Before we can help come up with an appropriate modeling strategy, you need to figure out how to define the things you want to study. What is continuous? What is categorical or binary? How will you define expectation?

Manjula Wijewickrema asked car owners what kind of car (heavy, high, broad, ...) they wanted in the past. That means the answers she got are memories under the condition that a decision ist already made. Can someone have expectations about the past? Normaly people adress the future under contions of uncertainty when they expect something. How reliable are both memories and predictions? These problems can't be solved by a simple quantitativ calculus on simple numerical data. As long as the theoretical problems are not solved no regression and no other statistical method can help. Last questions: How man cases are in the sample, is it a random sample and are there independent variables?
