You aren't looking for a correlation between genotype and your continuous variable. You are looking at differences in means between the genotypes. If you take AA as your baseline, you can create dummy variables for the AT and TT groups and run a regression.
But what you need to do most of all is to engage with a competent statistical advisor on your local campus. There's no point in trying to do science on youtube. If the experiment is worth doing, it's worth supporting you while you analyse it. Have you a supervisor? A principal investigator? What are they doing to help you?
Dear Ronán Michael Conroy thanks for guiding me. Yes, I do have supervisor but before consulting them, I wanted to do some homework, thats why I was searching for this on research gate. You gave a genuine advice, will follow it.
