I recorded sEPSC in striatal medium spiny neurons and saw an increase in the rise time when a GPCR agonist is applied. The agonist is supposed to act on presynaptic neurons to increase their excitability. The increase in rise time probably indicate that the drug is affecting a certain population of presynaptic neurons.
