I've been having problem analyzing spontaneous events using Clampfit 10.3 in Windows 7. The problem is, when I use a template to detect the events and save the events as a separate file - when I open the event file in Clamptfit again, it only shows the first ~20% of the trace in terms of time scale while all the rest disappears. I've attached example screenshots here. So my template is bout 50ms long and it detects events fine (I can see them in the event window). But after saving the events and reopen it in Clampfit, I only have the first 8ms of it. This happens with every single detection I've done. If I use a 400ms detection window, I would only see the first 80ms of it. Funny thing is that it used to work two days ago and all of a sudden it stopped working. Anyone has any idea?
Just to mention that the same file works fine on a Windows XP computer using Clampfit 10.3 software.
So far I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Clampfit software, and restarting computer.
