How to remove tris buffer?

Hello,

I am working on isolation of polar coumpond.

I make my reaction in water using tris buffer 0.5 M , my coumpound that i want to isolate is water soluble.

I was thinking to use gel filtration chromatography, my compound is around 700 MW so i m using sephadex g 10 , ( in this way I am able to have a separation from the starting material ) the problem is the tris buffer. when i dried my fraction i can see a kind of gel.

I also tried to load the column with buffer like ammonium acetate to change the buffer but in the 3-4 fraction the tris buffer start to go out with my compound.

Do you have any idea?
