I am preparing Gantrez Nanoparticle dissolved in Acetone. At final stage I am to remove the Acetone. I remove the Acetone by vaccume rotary evaporator at 40OC at 555 mmHg vaccume pressure. Thereafter, I centrifuge the particles at 4OC at 27,000 g for 20 minutes. Thereafter I see that instead of pellet, I get a sticky material being attached at the bottom of tube. Please someone guide me how to remove the acetone properly. This could be due to acetone.
In what solvent are you performing acetone displacement? What is the size of the nanoparticles? 27000 g for 20 min seems excessive to me, this could be promoting particle-particle interactions.

I dissolved Gantrez np in acetone. Then I added water. The np formed immediately after addition of water. What could be the possible reason for stickiness of particles. The size comes to 200 nm.
it might be rather a problem of the polymer than procedure of acetone removal.
