I need to do repeated measure anova with post hoc multiple comparison in R. I am attaching a hypothetical data "Mice.csv". I have four groups namely IA, IB, IIA, and IIB. In all the groups one parameter was measured on 7, 14, 21, 28 and 45 days. Could any one help in carrying out the repeat measure ANOVA analysis with multiple comparison in R.

In general you need to look at what is repeating- is it an individual that may change (such as grow over time), or is it a time effect that is more about the variability around a mean value. In repeated measures you need to consider is that what you wish to do, as it may be that looking at a nonlinear curve could answer your question- by examining parameters that differ between treatments. There may also be a multi-level structure involved and this should be taken into consideration in the analyse. The design structure may be nested or crossed- another aspect to consider.
