To measure the release of peptide from nanoparticles, you can pellet the nanoparticles in a high-speed centrifuge and take the supernatant, which will contain any peptide that has been released.

Alternatively, you can use a centrifugal ultrafiltration device with a large molecular weight cutoff that will let the peptide through but hold up the nanoparticles.
