Pedro Almendral Manzano I am afraid it would not be as beautiful as the one I have shown in my (not beautiful) picture... One of the effect of radiation on PMMA is making it yellowish, and I think that before "the branches" appear the cylinder would become pretty yellow. The dose delivered to the one in the picture is about 100 Gy with a 7 MeV e-beam, target placed at the exit window of the accelerating waveguide.
In order to facilitate the discharge process inside the PMMA it is useful to drill a small hole (diameter 0.2 cm, 0.2 cm thick would be OK) when the primary beam is hitting. With your beam, you can try to irradiate it for about 10 second, putting the acrylic as close as possible to the exit window, check what's happened and then let me know !
