Does anybody can help me With HFSS for designing RF window for LINAC?

I am looking for help regarding HFSS simulation for designing RF Window of linear accelerator.

i am very much new to use HFSS and not getting any Help through Youtube Or old literature as they mentioned results directly (that is expected ).

so need to know to do simulations. for ex. i am attaching RF window image it will be look like this,
