A little update: libexamcard does not convert the new flavors of the ExamCard format, so the options get even more limited.

thanks for the suggestion! For a time being, we found that the examcards can be also saved as human-readable *.txt files. But these files still miss important information, so we keep looking for a solution.

Ekaterina V. Pechenkova, have you found a solution to create a nice PDF dump of Philips .ExamCard files? For me, examcard2xml doesn't work either and in my search for an alternative, I stumbled upon your question.

For future reference, this is what worked for me:

On the scanner computer you will find "Manage Hospital ExamCards" under "System" in the top menu. If you open your ExamCard, the scans will be listed on the left. You can then save the exam card dump for each scan separate by clicking on the scan with the right mouse button and then "Save Protocol to Text File".

this what we found as well, and the text files provide most of the parameters. So for internal lab use we just combine the text files with the console screenshots and are happy enough with that.
