Dear Muhammad Sajjad thank you for your question. In the process of revising your manuscript it is very important that you address every comment made by the reviewers point by point. As far as presenting your NMR data is concerned, it is generally accepted that you list the data together with the experimental details in the Experimental Section of your manuscript. In addition, it is highly recommended that you present the original spectra as Figures in the Supplementary Information. That way you can easily satisfy the reviewer.

There is requested original files from the NMR measurements as the data were collected by the instrument.

You can upload it/them with your supporting information file. You should add to your 'Supporting information section' that files x,y,z....are experimental NMR data on compounds a,b,c..., respectively. There should be kept the original format of the file, without change of its 'file labeling' and any further processing of the included data, therein.
