Can anyone suggest me any soft for chromatograms viewing and processing (UV MS PDA) which I could use at home (freeware)?
Chromatograms were made by Waters UPLC I-Class PDA-MS. At the workplace, we use MassLynx, but I need to work from home with these data, and I need a free software to view and process chromatograms.

You can use mMass (http://www.mmass.org). I assume that you also need to convert your directory with MSConvert of Proteowiz (http://proteowizard.sourceforge.net/download.html) to a suitable format (mzXML).
The mMass is portable, but Proteowiz needs installation. Both are free with all advantages and disadvantages, but their use is convenient even on Win10.

I'm afraid there's no such thing as freeware soft that would be usable for you. Instead I strongly suggest remote computing. Try one of the VNC flavours (RealVNC, TightVNC etc.). It's not as comfortable as sitting at the real machine but it is better and less frustrating than other solutions.
If you don't understand what I wrote just ask your department IT staff they should help you.
