I am depositing CuSCN on top of perovskite (FAMAPbI2) as HTL and silver as the top electrode. a silver top electrode in all my sample with CuSCN as HTL turn black within few minutes also device showing no photovoltaic characteristics.
when I tried spiro- OMeTAD as HTL the Ag electrodes were fine. Hence I believe CuSCN is reacting with silver. If so how to prevent this. Kindly suggest. I am struggling to get good efficiency in perovskite solar cells.

What is your perovskite solar cell structure?
You could try to use metal oxides such as NiOx or MoOx. It is very much stable. You could use either solution processed form or thermal evaporation. There are a lot of references you could find.

Thank you for your suggestion. My structure is FTO/SnO2/Perovskite/CuSCN/Ag. In this configuration deposition of NiOx and MoOx might be difficult. Can you suggest how to encounter humidity problems and any reference for MoOx deposition?

Thermal evaporated MoOx can be easily done without involving humidity issues as solution processed techniques.

You can use a thin buffer layer of CuO. It is also a p type material and can be deposited to act as a buffer layer between silver and CuSCN.
