I am measuring OCP between working and reference electrode. As referance electrode I am using Pt-H2 electrode. As a working electrode, I am using platinum electrode. Referance electrode is filled with solution of 1M HCL. And working electrode is dipped into 0.5 M KCl solution. Both are connected with salt bridge of KCl. While measuring OCP, even if I move my hand or walk near setup, it is generating large fluctuation. My working electrode is onchip, which has very small surface area. And connecting salt bridge has resistance in Gohm range.

I think you need to isolate where the problem is originating.
What are you using to measure the OCP?
What are you considering to be large fluctuations (e.g., +/- 1 mV or +/- 10 µV)? When you disconnect your electrochemical cell, do you still see fluctuations?
Have you tried an alternative reference electrode?
Have you checked all cabling and connections?
Can you mechanically isolate the electrochemical cell?

Thanks for your answer.
I am using potentiostat palmsens4 for OCP measurement. Large fluctuations are in order of 50 mV. Whenever I do OCP with Pt-H2 reference and Working electrode in beaker there is no visible fluctuations due to movement. But when working electrode is onchip, it is creating problems.
I also tried to put reference electrode on chip and doing measurement when both electrodes are in chip, it is creating same problem.
And yes, I will try to see what happens when I disconnect my electrochemical cell from potentiostat.
The high resistance of your salt bridge transforms the cell/cables in an antenna sensible to any electromagnetic interference.
