coat your tip with a high protein solution, cell media with FBS or 2% bsa solution.  pipet up and down a couple of times and now the pipet is coated with proteins and your tissue/cells will not stick

You can try to cut the tip of the pipette tips for large orifice with a sterile blade or scissor and use that tip to transfer the spheroids. We do this in our lab and it has never been a problem for transferring spheroids.
