Am working on a project of chilli anthracnose disease and till now we have isolated 30 isolates of colletotrichum, however we are facing a challenge for preservation , can you suggest me a proper and convenient method of preservation of colletotrichum till our field trials ? Can we store in 4*c refrigerator and use/subculture from it whenever required without any contamination? Or glycerol 40% would be better way? Please suggest me a proper method . Your inputs are valuable for me .
