Does any one knows how to prepared microchannels on copper plate i.e method or machine name by which it can be prepared. Also which type of material plate is better to give more heat transfer enhancement in experimentation. Can microchannels prepared directly on the surface of electronic devices/ components suggest some suitable answer with the literature.
