My sample is montmorillonite and Fe3O4-montmorillonite.I want to know the zeta potential of both. How do i prepare the sample before introducing to zetasizer. My work is adsorption of pesticide at different pH. So do I need to prepare the sample in de-ionized water taking different Ph or normally disssolving in water. Also I need to know the amount to be dissolved in water.
It might be easiest to find the appropriate concentration range of your sample by trying it out. The instrument is pretty sturdy and can accept a wide range of samples, and it should alert of questionable data quality if the data are inappropriate.
