Simply by percentage, can take and dilute with D.W., but the solution is very diluted

- 10 tablet = 500 mg mebendazole *10 = 5000 mg mebendazole

- 5000 mg mebendazole dilute to 100 ml water = 50 mg/ml (Stock solution)

- 50 ml from (Stock solution) dilute with water to 100 ml = 25 mg/ml (Solution a)

- “40 ml from (Solution a) = 40 ml *25mg/ml = 1000 mg mebendazole”

40 ml from (Solution a) dilute with water to 100 ml = 10 mg/ml (Solution B)

- Use this equation if needed:

M1V1 = M2V2
