How to prepare fixed cell samples for raman imaging? I am planning to seed cells on CaF2 cover slides. I am confused about the fixation steps and mounting steps. Which fixing buffer is the preority?　Ａｎｄ　ｉｓ　ｍｏｕｎｔｉｎｇ　ｓｔｅｐ　ｎｅｃｅｓｓａｒｙ？
