Just treat them the same as unlabelled primers....dissolve in TE but storage is slightly different as labelled primers are slightly less stable to freeze thaw and light so I would prepare aliquots to avoid too many freeze thaw cycles and store in a light proof box or dark tubes but they are just as soluble as unlabelled primers so can be used as soon as they are dissolved
