Dear all,

I like to ask if someone has experience with evaluating pictures towards the prediction of non-visible parts.

I have confocal-laser-scanning microscopic pictures of yeast cells and want to know how much bud scars could be on the whole surface. I can only see the yeast cell's visible scars, so I want to predict the total number by counting the scars on the visual side. Does anyone have experience with such a problem?

Best

Marco
