Thanks for the suggestion, I tried cloning the gene, but didn't succeed. That's why I was checking for bioinformatics tool.

I am not sure about what I am saying but a few years ago I came across with similar situation. So instead of cloning you can use specific media including fluorescent amnio acids and then purify your protein.

Alireza Mordadi Thanks for the answer. But if I use fluorescent amino acid, that would give me a mixture of all the proteins with fluorescent tags, so I guess that won't be of any use in this case.

Of course you have had a mixture but you can totally purify your pro with HPLC or another methods.
