Hi,
I have did atmospheric correction different methods e.g. Method-A, Method-B and Method-C. Now, I want to plot the results of these methods by drawing a transect in the resultant satellite images. May I know which software can be used for this purpose?
An example of the desired output is attached.

Matlab with mapping toolbox add on might be useful.

Majid,
virtually any remote sensing software sill do that, such as Erdas Imagine or ENVI. It's a simple spectral profile you can interactively place on your imagery and output the data (also to be processed or plotted outside those sfotware packages). Both Erdas and ENVI are commercial tools, but I'm sure that free packages do it as well. If you need one of those free tools check out this page

You can use QGIS (https://www.qgis.org/es/site/forusers/download.html). It´s free. You also have to download a plugin called "Profile Tool". Here I send you an example with topographical data, you just have to draw the transect and you get the profile in graphical format as well as in tabular form. Hope it helps!
