Hi,
I have a bulk of Landsat TM/ETM+ metadata files, from these files I need three lines to be written in Excel or in a new text file.
For Example, from the attached text file I want to write LANDSAT_SCENE_ID, SUN_AZIMUTH and SUN_ELEVATION in Excel or in a new text file. The output file should provide me the following attributes in three columns.
Column 1 (LANDSAT_SCENE_ID) Column 2 (SUN_AZIMUTH) Column 3 (SUN_ELEVATION)

Hello Majid,
First you get familiar with the satellite date file and see how the data is represented/stored.
It is not clear whether you are writing your own software or not but what I can suggest for you to go to basic file I/O programs in C or C++ or for that matter in MATLAB. Then read the datafile and see where your data appears. Then start writing the data to your NEW FILE.
This is not a big task, you should "DIG A LITTLE" deeper and get the solution that you are looking for.
