Is it correct if the negative control color is yellow-orange while with the increasing concentration the more intense the color of blue/purple? blank: ethanol. I used Trolox for standard

For the standard curve, it is a simple graph of the concentration versus absorbance, according to the prepared points of the standard curve, after subtraction of the blank.
BTW: Everything is fine with your blank sample, as it has a colour a little similar to/or close to the colour of reaction solution. The standard curve points (in this case Trolox) will increase with the intensity of the colour (up to dark or very dark blue) with linearity above R = 0.99, up to an absorbance level of 2.8 (maybe more, but the hardware limitations…).

I have done my standard calibration curve using the information needed and got the R2 value of 0.99.
